On one side, we grow and ship our Mild-Micro Mix—a fresh, vibrant blend of mizuna, cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi—directly to health-conscious individuals seeking real nourishment from the earth. This mix, mostly green with a hint of purple, is rich in vitality and naturally mild in flavor. What we don’t sell fresh, we refuse to waste. Instead, we preserve its power through freeze-drying and create a nutrient-rich powder—convenient, potent, and purposeful.

On the other side, Jara Gardens nurtures herbs for our signature wellness brand: Jara - Mente y Alma (translated: Mind and Soul). This is where we take healing one step further, creating handcrafted essential oils, soaps, shampoos, bath bombs, and other body care rituals designed to integrate self-care into your daily life. Our goal is simple yet profound—to soothe the body, reset the nervous system, and invite calm into your everyday rhythm.
