They can be used a couple of ways:

Applied to the skin – when diluted, they absorb into the body and help address physical tension or imbalance.

🌿 Lavender – Calming, Grounding, Gentle
Great for winding down, relieving anxiety, and helping you sleep deeper.
We use it at night, diffused or blended into a roll-on with a carrier oil.
🍋 Lemon – Clean, Bright, Energizing
Uplifts mood, supports focus, and helps your space feel fresher.
We like it in the morning or mid-day, especially when we’re looking for a reset.
🌬️ Eucalyptus – Clean Air, Open Lungs
Clears out congestion, supports the immune system, and feels like a deep breath when you need one.
Amazing in a diffuser during cold season or mixed with coconut oil as a chest rub.
